Payment and Pricing

Transparent Pricing

All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm a request. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment service providers using accepted methods such as credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or wire transfers. Unless otherwise stated, all prices and payments are displayed and processed in Euros (EUR). A 12% service fee The total price includes the service fee and applicable VAT based on the statutory rates of the customer’s country of residence within the EU.

Payment Processing

Payments are handled exclusively via secure third-party payment processors. The Website does not store full payment card details on its own servers.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or becomes subject to a dispute or chargeback, access to the Services and any ongoing collaboration may be temporarily suspended until the issue is resolved.

Refunds and Cancellations

  2. Waiver of Right: You acknowledge that once the Service has been fully performed (e.g., the coach has provided the requested guidance or the digital resources have been delivered), you lose your right of withdrawal.
  3. Partial Performance: If you exercise your right to withdraw after the Service has begun but before it is fully completed, you shall be liable to pay for the portion of the Service provided up to the point of cancellation.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding your needs. Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information may result in delays, reduced service quality, or refusal to provide Services.

Coaches provide guidance, explanations, and learning support only. You remain solely responsible for applying their input in a way that complies with your educational institution’s rules, policies, and honor code requirements. You must not use the Services for the purpose of facilitating academic dishonesty or submitting work that is not your own.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not:

  • Use the Website or the Services for any unlawful, improper, or unauthorised purpose
  • Threaten, harass, abuse, defame, or otherwise engage in inappropriate conduct toward any coach, representative, or other user of the platform

Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that fall under applicable European Union law shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the User’s Member State of residence, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012 and other relevant EU consumer protection legislation.

Where permitted by law, the Company may offer or require the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including mediation or other out-of-court settlement procedures, as an alternative to court proceedings.
